Year 3 Kindness trail

🌟 Year 3’s Village Kindness Trail 🌟

This year for Comic Relief, Year 3 have been spreading smiles, positivity and kindness across our village!

We have created a Kindness Trail – a walking route filled with posters, messages and mini‑challenges designed by the children to brighten the day of anyone who passes by.

💛 What Is the Kindness Trail?

Our Kindness Trail invites families and villagers to explore a series of child-made posters placed around the community. Along the route you will discover:

  • 🌼 Kindness posters created by Year 3
  • 💬 Positive messages to make you smile
  • 😂 Silly jokes to bring a laugh
  • 🎯 Mini kindness challenges to inspire good deeds

To help you find each stop, we’ve created a Kindness Trail Map. Families can follow the route in order, spot each poster, and enjoy the uplifting messages as they walk.

🔍 A Hidden Challenge to Find!

Some posters contain a secret kindness challenge:
Hidden words appear across a few of the displays. If you find all the letters and put them together, they will reveal our school motto!

Children and families are encouraged to:

  • Look closely at each poster
  • Spot the hidden phrases
  • Collect them all
  • Work out the school motto

It’s a fun way to get everyone involved while celebrating kindness and teamwork.

❤️ Why Are We Doing It?

Comic Relief encourages us to help others, spread joy, and make a positive difference. Our Kindness Trail shows children that even the smallest kind act can brighten someone’s day and help our whole community feel connected.

As one child said:
“Kindness is free — so let’s share lots of it!”
